High Risk Countries - fraud scams - stolen credit cards

Certain countries are known to be high risk in regard to dealing on ebay or dealing via internet trading.Nigeria in Africa. Also infamous for email scams. The fake inheritance email scams have been doing the rounds for years.Transactions on ebay or website transactions whereby you are asked to send goods to Nigeria - stolen credit cards or fake money orders are used - if you send the goods the payment will be reversed/cancelled.There are now also fake Australia Post Money Orders - if someone from overseas wants to send you an Australia Post Money order?? These cannot be purchased outside of Australia. Indonesia. Bad reputation in regard to using stolen credit cards.Romania. Also well known for scams and using stolen credit cards.If paypal payments are made with a stolen credit card, the payment will be reversed/cancelled.For some years scam emails have been doing the rounds whereby you are informed you have won money in an overseas lottery (they lure people in and before they know it they are sending the scammers money)Have a lovely day. sunflowercastle
